Big Red Holiday Movie Collection Giveaway

Sponsored by Big Red, Inc. (“Sponsor”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Promotion Entry Period: The Big Red Holiday Movie Collection Giveaway (“Promotion”) will commence at 12:00:01 AM Central Time (“CST”) on December 5, 2017. The Promotion Entry Period will end at 11:59:59 PM CST on December 12, 2017.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals, ages 18 and over, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees and non-employee workers of Big Red, Inc., Big Red bottlers, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and agencies involved in the Promotion, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate the Promotion. Former employees must provide documentation that it has been at least one (1) calendar year since the final date of employment.

How to Enter: Comment on Big Red’s Holiday Movie Collection social media posts hosted at www.facebook.com/bigred, www.twitter.com/drinkbigred, or www.instagram.com/drinkbigred using an account registered in your name during the Promotion Entry Period to enter. Comments must be received by December 12, 2017, 11:59:59 CST. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Prize: There are a total of ten (10) Prizes available, each consisting of one (1) Digital UV copy of the following three films: The Polar Express, A Christmas Story, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation (Approximate Retail Value of each movie is $19.99; total prize package Approximate Retail Value: $59.97). Sponsor reserves the right to award or forfeit any leftover or unclaimed Prizes at its sole discretion. All Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with Prize.

Selection of Winners: The winners will be determined by random drawings from all eligible entries on or around December 13, 2017. Drawings will be held at the discretion of Big Red, Inc. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by message to the account used to enter, within two (2) days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winners. By accepting Prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices, and likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and, upon request, will provide such consent in writing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within three (3) days from the time award notification was sent, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, select Prize winners and fulfill the Prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at www.BigRed.com/privacy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth in such Privacy Policy, by participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees that Sponsor may share his or her information (including, personal information) with Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, Inc., which will use such information in accordance with its own privacy policy, which can be found at www.warnerbros.com/privacy-center-wb-privacy-policy.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Promotion or utilized by the entrant, for any human error, for failure of any cellular network, or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. In the event of a printing error or irregular packaging, neither Big Red, Inc., Big Red bottlers, Warner Brothers Home Entertainment, Inc. nor their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective agents and their agencies, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Promotion or the production or distribution of Promotion materials (collectively, the “Releasees”) shall have any liability. Entrants agree that the Releasees shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, losses or damages of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or from entrants’ acceptance or use or misuse of any prize.

Warner Brothers Home Entertainment, Inc. has provided the prizes for this Promotion but is in no way involved, in the creation, execution, administration, or fulfillment of the Promotion.
