Promotion Entry Period: The Big Red Fiesta 2018 Medal Social Media Giveaway (“Promotion”) Entry Period will commence at 12:00:01 AM CST on March 12, 2018. The Promotion Period will end at 11:59:59 PM CST on March 30, 2018.

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to individuals, ages 18 and over, who are legal residents of San Antonio, Texas.

Employees and non-employee workers of Big Red, Inc., Big Red bottlers, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible to participate the Promotion. Former employees must provide documentation that it has been at least one (1) calendar year since the final date of employment.

How to Enter: Visit www.bigred.com/fiesta and fill out the required information during the Giveaway Entry Period to enter. Entries must be received by March 30, 2018 11:59:59 CST. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Prize: There are a total of two hundred and fifty (250) Prizes available, consisting of one Big Red Fiesta 2018 Medal. Sponsor reserves the right to award or forfeit any leftover or unclaimed Prizes at its sole discretion. All Prize winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, and any other fees or costs associated with Prize. Each prize has an approximate retail value of three dollars ($3). The total approximate retail value of all promotion prizes is seven hundred fifty dollars ($750).

Selection of Winners: The winners will be determined by random drawings from all eligible entries received on or around April 2, 2018. Drawings will be held at the discretion of Big Red, Inc. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winners will be notified by email to the account used to enter, within 15 days of the drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify potential winners. By accepting Prize, winners consent to the use of their names, voices, and likenesses for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, and, upon request, will provide such consent in writing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Sponsor will verify accuracy of entries before a winner is announced publicly.

Privacy: Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, select Prize winners and fulfill the Prize, and will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy accessible at www.bigred.com/privacy.

Limitation of Liability: The Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of information, for problems related to any of the equipment or programming associated with the Promotion or utilized by the entrant, for any human error, for failure of any cellular network, or electronic transmission, for problems relating to computer equipment, software, inability to access the Website or online service, or for any other technical or non-technical error or malfunction. In the event of a printing error or irregular packaging, neither Big Red, Inc., Big Red Bottlers, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc., nor their respective related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and respective agents and their agencies, suppliers and other companies involved in the development or execution of the Promotion or the production or distribution of Promotion materials (collectively, the “Releasees”) shall have any liability. Entrants agree that the Releasees shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, losses or damages of any kind, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Promotion or from entrants’ acceptance or use or misuse of any prize.
